Our Government "leaders" are desperate and few are of courage to do what is needed. Reduce spending! Those with courage get dismissed from important committees that could make a difference.

Eliminating the charitable gifts deduction will hurt America. I urge our leaders not to eliminate that deduction. Eliminating the deduction will cause an unfair rise in the effective tax rate for many taxpayers.
