NCF is comprised of a group of women and men that share a common calling to Christian service – particularly in the area of charitable giving.

Our team of attorneys, accountants, donor service staff, and many others are privileged to honor God in our work every day by helping fund the completion of the Great Commission.  This Christian view of giving is one element that distinguishes NCF from secular brokerage houses and financial institutions.

So whether you're an individual giver, a church/ministry leader, or professional advisor, when you choose to work with NCF, you can be confident that you're working with like-minded people who share your biblical, eternal perspective on finances and giving.

In 1991, he spearheaded the effort to form an independent Christian community foundation, providing services that enabled individuals to give more to the church and its ministries. Greg is a frequent presenter at seminars and charitable gift planning forums, focusing on the tax, legal and stewardship aspects of gift planning. To stay on top of changes in the field, he is involved annually in The Heckerling Institute of Estate Planning, the National Conference on Planned Giving and Charitable Giving Techniques. Tuere Thomas - CRM Application Manager
Tuere began her professional career as a database reporter for Hewlett Packard and made her way through the ranks to application support and then to mobile hardware support.  Once she and her husband determined to start their family, she left HP and began her freelance career serving the small business and startup entrepreneurs through web-design and consulting.  Her unique experiences have culminated in what she considers a God-given opportunity to serve those who support the giving community with tools and relationship management technology administration.  Tuere credits a small but sincere prayer and request she made to God to match her skills, experiences, and abilities with that one individual or organization whom she could help the most and to whom she would be able to provide the greatest help - it is this prayer, she feels, that led her to NCF.

Susan Van Deraa - Administrative Assistant, Non-Liquid Gift Services
Susan came to NCF in 2007 as a temporary employee working in the securities processing area of fund services.  An "empty-nester", she wanted to re-enter the work force in a meaningful position that would be both challenging and rewarding.  With 10 years experience as an administrative assistant in the legal and commercial real estate fields, Susan is very excited to now be serving in that capacity as a member of the non-liquid gifts team.  She is inspired by the gifts large and small that donors contribute every day to God's glory.
